A menu that travels
BG Brewing’s “Pittsburgh to the Pacific” theme isn’t just a design idea, it’s the foundation of the menu. The food nods to co-founder Matt Katase’s Hawaiian roots, while staying grounded in Pittsburgh comfort classics.
What does that look like?
