Make a Splash at the Worldwide Day of Play!
Calling all kids (and kids at heart)! Riverlife and the Association of Museums are teaming up to bring a tidal wave of fun to Pittsburgh’s riverfront for Worldwide Day of Play!
First and Foremost — KIDS!
This day is all about YOU! Come run wild, laugh loud, and dive into a river of games, creativity, and hands-on fun at Allegheny Landing on Saturday, September 27th. We’re making the riverside your giant outdoor playground — no screens, just streams (see what we did there?)
Throwback for the Big Kids:
Hey 90s kids — remember when Nickelodeon told us to turn off the TV and go play outside? We’re bringing back the golden age of slime, sunshine, and sweet, sweet nostalgia.
Classic & new games
Table activities, playful art, and more!
Cool off and float on down to Shore Thing for food and drinks because playtime works up an appetite!
Where: Shore Thing
When: Saturday, September 27th
Who: Kids of all ages — from toddlers to grown-up 90s kids!
Time: 12-4PM
Let’s go with the flow, unplug, and turn Pittsburgh’s riverfront into a current of creativity. Because play belongs to everyone and the rivers do too!
Don’t miss the boat. we’ll see you there!
