Participants are invited to explore their senses through sound, movement, art making. Inspired by pratyahara — the practice of turning attention inward — young people are encouraged to experiment, express themselves, and tune into their imagination and emotions through creative play. Facilitators will be present to help guide activities, though parents/guardians are asked to accompany their children. Activity kits will be provided while supplies last. Participants can work on them on-site in the designated craft area or take them home to finish.
