Join us for an all-levels yoga flow designed to meet you exactly where you are. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just beginning, this class offers space to stretch, strengthen, and reconnect—with your body, your breath, and the beauty of Pittsburgh’s riverfront.

Led by a rotating line up of local instructors, these gentle and accessible flows links mindful movement with calming breathwork, inviting balance and presence against the backdrop of the water.

What to bring: A yoga mat or towel, water, and an open heart.

What to expect: Sunlight, fresh air, and a shared sense of peace—no experience necessary.
