We kick things off with a dynamic warm-up and mobility series that primes your hips, hamstrings, and core for powerful movement. Then, we hit a high-energy main circuit combining bodyweight strength, lateral agility, and sagittal plane movements to train for balance, coordination, and endurance. Each round flows with timed intervals to keep your heart rate up and muscles activated.

You’ll close the session with a fast-paced finisher AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible) to test your grit before easing into a guided cool-down and breathwork session to recover and reset.

Whether you’re building athletic performance or looking to shake up your routine, this class brings structure, sweat, and progress every single week.

About the instructor

I’m Darnell, owner and trainer at I Am Fitt LLC. This summer, I’m bringing the energy outside with a special fitness series designed to help you move with purpose, push past your limits, and have fun doing it. I started this journey because fitness isn’t just what I do, it’s who I am. I know how hard it is to balance life, work, and family, and still make time for yourself. That’s why I created this series: to give you space to show up, get strong, and feel supported—no matter where you are in your journey. Let’s train together, sweat together, and make this summer your strongest one yet!
