DUYA Wellness – This class is a mix of CrossFit, Bootcamp, functional fitness and HIIT. Nash‘s class and training is for all fitness levels-from the beginner to advanced.
The class starts with deep stretching, then is a combination of mini-workouts that grow increasingly more challenging throughout the hour.
All movements are scalable to each person’s ability.
