Arts and culture will feature prominently on Riverlife’s Shore Thing this summer, including live jazz every third Saturday morning of the month. It’s jazzjAM, in partnership with the August Wilson African American Cultural Center. This event is part of the Shore Thing Performing Arts Series presented by The Charity Randall Foundation. jazzjAM is supported by Citizens.

Anyah Nancy is an American Neo-Jazz singer renowned for her soulful and rich tone. Together with her band, Anyah masterfully blends traditional Black Jazz with Modern Soul, creating a sound that is both timeless and contemporary.

Following the release of her acclaimed debut album, “Sounds Like Honey” (2025), Anyah has emerged as one of the most compelling new voices in modern Jazz and Soul. The album showcases her ability to weave vulnerability, power, and grace into every note, offering listeners a deeply emotive musical experience.

Anyah Nancy continues to captivate audiences around the world with her artistry, authenticity, and the deep emotional connection she brings to every performance. “Sounds Like Honey” marks not just the beginning of her recording career, but the arrival of a singular voice redefining the sound of Neo-Jazz.
